Icebox Watermelon
Heirloom. Icebox watermelons were developed to be small enough to fit in your fridge (a.k.a. your icebox). The small, perfectly round, very sweet fruits have deep red flesh and a dark green rind. Due to the smaller size, Icebox watermelons mature a little earlier than larger varieties.
