Flat Dutch Cabbage
Early Flat Dutch is named for the large, firm, nearly flat heads that mature a little earlier than the Late Flat Dutch variety. It's a good one for spring or fall. Excellent source of vitamin C. One of the best cabbage varieties for storage.
