Mild Jalapeno Pepper
If you're sensitive to pungent peppers, this is a milder Jalapeņo with all the flavor, but less fire. Peppers change from deep green to bright red at maturity. Use them in salsa, sauces, pickling, or any dishes that normally call for hot jalapeņos. Great for containers. Harvest at any size.
